Anayla’s enthusiasm and passion for dog training shines through, as she explains what she is most looking forward to about working with dog owners in Puerto Rico.
“I am excited to work for Highland Canine to bring their programs to Puerto Rico. As a company, Highland stands out for the quality of its work and its professionalism.
I am proud to be the first to represent Highland Canine in Puerto Rico. My goal is to provide the most effective training for service dogs and pet dogs. Highland’s programs offer proven solutions, and being attached to their School for Dog Trainers will also allow me to keep up-to-date new training methods and receive support if I need it.
For me, it is so gratifying to help improve the relationship between pet dogs and their owners through training – this prevents owners from abandoning or giving away their dogs because of poor behavior. I love seeing how the lives of people and dogs improve through training and coexistence.”
Jason Purgason, President of Highland Canine Training, LLC, said:
“This is very exciting for Anayla, and for all of us at Highland Canine Training.
Opening this location in Puerto Rico is an incredible milestone for our organization. Opening our first location outside of the contiguous United States means we can continue our mission to improve the human-canine relationship.
Anayla is an exceptional dog trainer, and she will make a huge difference to dog owners on the island of Puerto Rico.”
