This page contains a summary of our deposit and refund policy for many of our dog training programs.

Our pet programs are offered by our professional dog trainers located across North America. For more information on pricing for those programs, look for a trainer in your area.

Deposit & Refund Policy

Due to the dynamic nature of our business, we require deposits for a number of our services. A schedule of these deposits is outlined below:

Deposits for Training

Group Classes – $50 deposit is required to hold your space in any of our group classes. If classes are rescheduled due to inclement weather or emergency, they will be made up at a later date. If you are unable to attend any or all of the scheduled classes there will be no refund of any training deposits or class fees.

Board & Train Programs – $100 deposit is required prior to scheduling a time to drop your dog off at any of our locations for Board & Train services. An appointment can often be rescheduled for the same date, however if you are unable to drop off your dog on that date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Deposits for Evaluations

Protection Dog Evaluation – $100 deposit will be required to schedule an evaluation for protection training. An appointment can often be rescheduled for the same date, however if you are unable to attend on that date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Search and Rescue Dog Evaluation – $100 deposit will be required to schedule an evaluation for protection training. An appointment can often be rescheduled for the same date, however if you are unable to attend on that date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Deposits for School for Dog Trainers

School for Dog Trainers – Because of limited space in our classes, a $500 deposit will be required to reserve enrollment in the school. This deposit will hold your space for the semester that you enroll in. If you are unable to attend the school during the time that you have reserved, your deposit will not be refunded.
