The Dogtra 280X PRO is built for trainers who want more flexibility, faster timing, and greater control in the field. With multiple configurable layouts and a 1-Dog Lock feature, it’s designed to adapt to your training style while helping prevent mistakes and improve consistency.

Pro Mode – Roll & Control

Pro Mode allows you to adjust stimulation levels while delivering corrections, helping you maintain precise timing during active training sessions.

2-Dog Mode

Dedicated buttons allow you to control two dogs without constantly switching between them, keeping communication clear and efficient.

Standard Mode

A structured layout with preset functions, including Continuous, Nick, and BOOST, for consistent and controlled training.

1-Dog Lock Mode

Locks the system onto one collar, even if the toggle moves, helping prevent accidental corrections. Available in both Pro Mode and Standard Mode.

Slimmer Design

Features a more streamlined and balanced remote that remains rugged enough for everyday use. Approximately 12% slimmer than previous X-Series models.

X-Series Compatibility

Pairs with all Dogtra X-Series receiver collars while maintaining consistent range and output performance.

Handsfree Compatibility

Works with the Dogtra Handsfree Square for added flexibility and control during active training.

Waterproof Rating

Both the remote and receiver are built with IPX9K waterproof construction, offering dependable performance in demanding environments.

Training Functions

Includes a 1/2-mile range and 100 adjustable levels, with Nick, Continuous, Tone, Pager, and Light functions for clear communication at a distance.

Layout X-Shield Covers

Comes with the Pro Mode shield installed, along with an additional 2-Dog shield for easy configuration changes. Standard Mode shields are available separately.
