From Union Grove, NC, Jessica has always had a passion for animals. Having two dogs and one cat herself, Jessica began her career with animals by working as a kennel tech at a grooming facility and later going into veterinary assistance work. She worked in the veterinary field for a year. Afterwards, she went back to dog grooming, working alongside a mobile groomer.
Jessica joined our team at Highland Canine in late 2022 and works in our business office! Jessica works closely with our Business Office Manager, providing support internally and externally. Whether she’s answering customer phone calls and emails, taking payments, managing our Pro Shop inventory, helping with applications for our School for Dog Trainers, dealing with questions from school applicants/current students, or any other number of tasks, Jessica plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
